Tips
The Römerbrunnen is an idyllic and popular excursion in the middle of the forest under large trees. Seating sets and barbecue facilities are available. No drinking water. Around the Römerbrunnen there is a 4.2 km long forest adventure trail with twelve adventure stations. The barbecue area at the Römerbrunnen in the Weißenburg city forest is the local recreational focus for visitors to the city forest. Numerous legends circulate about its importance in Roman times. However, the source version dates from the 16th century.
