Kühlungsborn has the longest beach promenade in Germany. It's hard to cycle straight along, but there is a bike path parallel to it (only separated by a few trees) and then there's the great forest between the two districts. So for me, Kühlungsborn is THE new seaside resort on the Baltic Sea.
