Ricklinger Gravel Ponds

The seven-meter pond is textile-free, the triangular pond with textile. Usually the water quality is excellent, in 2018 it was not so good due to blue-green algae. In good weather, an ice cream truck comes by every day, at Dreiecksteich there is also a fixed kiosk. The sanitation in the form of Dixi-Klos is not famous. But for that, the access to the natural lakes is free, and the garbage cans are also emptied regularly.

The ponds provide excellent bathing facilities to cool off after a bike ride.

Not recommended in the evening alone. It is then quite lonely in the Masch and at the ponds and the residential streets are far. Basically, however, a great local recreation area that rarely seems overcrowded.
