Bad Wimpfen towers on a hill above the Neckar and surprises with a dense layer of history. The Palatinate of Emperor Barbarossa, well-preserved half-timbered houses from different eras, and the Blue Tower with its wide view over the Neckar valley. Those with time can simply stroll through the alleys. There is something to discover at every second house.

Bad Wimpfen is always worth a trip, can be easily reached by train, beautiful old town, castle district, town hall, blue tower, collegiate church or the arcade windows. Despite the rain, we really enjoyed the day.
