Crossing under a river for pedestrians and cyclists is a rarity. The bike has to be pushed down the stairs on a ramp.

The sliders on the ramps of the flights of stairs have only existed since the end of the renovation in September 2016 - with the approval of the monument protection. Until then, a lot had been carried down since 1927 ... 👍 At the beginning there were also signs on the correct position of the pedals for pushing as a service - unfortunately, like many good things, tattered.
