The Three Beeches are a monument of Nature, trees characterized by a very elegant shape. Intertwining with each other, they look like a single specimen. They are located in a very suggestive context, in a panoramic position located on the ridge of the mountain; from here it is possible to have a spectacular view of the Imagna Valley. The three large trunks draw a particularly beautiful curve, probably originating from the wind or from light, but continuous and deep movements of the earth.

The area where the Tre Faggi di Fuipiano Imagna are located is an enchanting place, in every season and weather condition.

These imposing trees have a centuries-old history, although their exact age is not known with certainty, but it is estimated that they are between 110 and 120 years old.

It is said that once there were four of them, planted next to each other in that very place near the waterhole, to provide shade for the animals that approached to drink.

One of these beech trees was then cut down, for unknown reasons, and the area was renamed with the name "I Tre Faggi", becoming a naturalistic center symbol of the entire Imagna Valley.

Mystical place that makes you feel deference towards the splendid work of nature. The three Beeches are imposing, present for centuries, while we are only passing through.

Unfortunately, one of them has broken and is no longer tall and symmetrical to the others, so much so that the locals say "two and a half beech trees".

Please visit the place with respect for the trees and use boots on the climb.

Very close by is the sanctuary inappropriately called the Lombard Stonehenge... it is a small Madonna surrounded by stone battlements. However, the view from here is beautiful.
