It Pettebosk is a wonderful hiking area in De Alde Feanen National Park near Earnewâld. It is laid out as an educational forest for children, but is also great fun for adults. There are bridges, grass paths, ramps and a natural playground. Children can do the backpack route from the Wiidpleats at Kooidyk 8a. For every age there is a backpack to borrow with all kinds of research material to discover nature, such as a magnifying glass, binoculars, a pH meter, tree height meter, etc. There is also a wheelchair path, suitable for rollators and prams.
