Evangelical Church of St. Barbara Oschätzchen

In 1539 a chapel was named in the local chronicle. But it wasn't until 1686 that a half-timbered church was built, which was given a new organ in 1844 by the organ builder Friedrich Pfützner from Meißen. In 1908 the old half-timbered church had to be demolished and replaced by a new building, which was inaugurated on September 6 of the same year. Inside you can still see a carved altar, a wooden pulpit from the 17th century and various carved figures.
