The river also flows through the town of Oskova, not far from Banovići, where the Banovići coal mine is located. From there, it flows towards Živinice.
In the town of Litva (Živinice), the two rivers, Oskova and Gostelj, converge and flow through the center of Živinice. Numerous bridges connect the eastern and western sides of the town.
