Tips
Since 2021, the spring has officially been called Fallenhauquelle again.
For hikers:
The paved path (Alte Baacher Strasse) leads up directly to the spring and into the forest for about 350m.
From here, stay right on what is now a partly rough forest path. Staying on this beautiful path, after about 2km you reach the top of Hohengehren, where you reach the town center after another kilometer.
For cyclists:
The route is a pleasure on a mountain bike/e-mountain bike, provided you are reasonably fit. (The descent is simply great.)
Not recommended for a touring bike, given the rough terrain, but that doesn't mean it's not possible.translated by
