Closed on Tuesdays Winter season (December 26th to April 30th)
Closed Monday to Thursday
Open on weekends
(open daily during Bavarian school holidays)

Very quaint and cozy inn to stop by. The Kaiserschmarren is sensational :-)
Outside there is a mega panoramic view. Definitely worth a trip.

The Berggasthaus Herzogstand is located at an altitude of 1,575 meters and offers a great opportunity to stop off during a hike.In summer and winter, you can enjoy the view on the large sun terrace or treat yourself to Bavarian delicacies and delicious cakes in the cozy parlor.If you want to stay longer on the Herzogstand, you can also spend the night in the hut.
