Hiking

The city of Menden does a lot to become more and more attractive. The park on the Hönne, which was neglected for a long time, is prettied up as part of the green path with a paved path and many benches. The water wheel, which was installed years ago, shovels water from the upper ditch into the ditches surrounding the Hönn island.
As always, a multitude of ducks frolic in the hönne. Right next to the water wheel is the Kuhbar, a popular ice cream parlor.
