At the southern end of the Perlacher Forest is the Nußbaum Ranch beer garden. You can reach it by taking the asphalted path through the forest from Giesing. This route is not accessible by car, but is wonderful for cycling or inline skating. There is also the Perlacher Mugl, a viewing hill from which you can see as far as the Alps.
