Monument to the Fallen of the Parco dei Gessi

Monument to the fallen in the streets of the plaster park. To reach it there are simple dirt roads but with sections with steep slopes.

The monument seems to be accessible only by off-road vehicle, on foot or by mountain bike. This makes it "special". Nothing particular but it is still located in a suggestive landscape. Coming from Casola Canina (from the North) you have to take a service road made of beaten earth which is a challenging up and down slope and suggestive. The descent from the monument into the Val di Zena is fast and fun, always with a significant difference in height. Eventually a small ford on the Zena river, which is very feasible if the river is practically dry as in the summer seasons.
