The bay of Mont-St-Michel is dotted with historic windmills, most of them wingless, some converted into dwelling houses. This dates from 1806 and resumed service in 2003 after more than a century of oblivion. Since its restoration, its miller has been making flour and it is with great passion and humor that he provides guided tours of the mill.
