A varied running route through the primeval forest of Tarnewitz/Boltenhagen. One of the oldest forests in the north. Sometimes narrow footpaths, sometimes developed hiking trails and then off to the promenade or on the asphalt back to the pier.
The advantage of the first part of the route, where you are more concerned with yourself anyway: few people (even in high season). On the second part you have to deal with tourists covered in suntan oil and fair-weather runners.
