A slight detour in Bredon takes you past the church and down to the river side. A lovely place to take a quick break and re-fuel for the homeward leg of the ride.

This is one of those locations, the church spire and the river, that I have seen since childhood from the M5. Always wondering where it was and hoping to visit there one day. In winter and in heavy rain the floodplains stretch either side of the M5.
