IN 1992 THE COSTA WAS BORN WHEN GIORDANO CRIPPA, A NATIVE FROM PEREGO, IN BRIANZA, DECIDED TO REALIZE HIS PASSION FOR HIS TERRITORY BY PURCHASING CASCINA SCARPATA AND THE ANNEXED LAND, BOTH ABANDONED FOR DECADES AND IN TOTAL DECAY.
THE POSITION IS ENCHANTING, ON THE RIDGE OF A TERRACED AND WELL EXPOSED MORENIC THEATER IN THE NATURAL PARK OF MONTEVECCHIA AND THE CURONE VALLEY.
A LONG AND CONSTANT WORK BROUGHT THE FARMHOUSE BACK TO LIFE AND STOPPED THE ADVANCE OF THE BRACKERS AND FOREST IN FAVOR OF THE VINEYARDS AND THE HISTORIC TERRACES.
