Gravel Path Along the Langven

The Langenboomse Bossen was originally a production forest that has become a more varied and attractive forest due to its current management. The nature reserve Langven and the Maurik is a still young nature reserve with the beautiful Langven, from the low drifting dunes you have a beautiful view over the fen. Casemates are found in various places in this area, these casemates were part of the De Peel-Raamstelling defense line. Soon after the start of the Second World War, this line was broken. De Kuilen where sand excavators once stood is a surprising lake area that is increasingly getting a natural character, Scottish highlanders graze in the area

Short single trail through the forest, then continues on the north side, through the open landscape where the large grazers are. Then a nice connection with the beautiful gravel road "Karweg" or continue the single trail along the Graafse Raam towards Grave.
On the south side the Campagnelaan, a partly paved and partly sandy road.
