Was van plan het pontje Batenburg - Demen te pakken maar deze was gestremd door een gebroken laadklep. Terug naar pontje Niftrik - Ravenstein, daar wisten ze te vertellen dat de gebroken laadklep door golfslag van een veel te snel varende speedboat kwam.
