The Casier Cooperative, revitalized at the beginning of the century by the Toso family, owner of the homonymous Mulino di Melma (Silea), had a rather remote origin: it already existed in 1857. The Cooperative, where you could find everything, from food with meat, with tobacco, was a real institution for Casier and his role went beyond the simple function-supermarket, to assume instead that of aggregator center of the life of the country.
