Beautiful old dike road next to the original old Rijn river. The river has been nowadays been diverted, but the old waters now form amazingly beautiful (and bird invested) nature reserves next to this narrow and nicely winding asphalt dike road.

The first part to the east is narrow gravel road. If you don't like gravel, you can leave this part out easily by going around it via asphalt roads.

It can be crowded with cyclists in the weekend, so be careful overtaking people. If you're in a rush or in KOM hunting modus, please don't ride this stretch or ride it on less crowded days.
