A really worthwhile hiking destination is the Ferdinandswarte, which was built on a rock and thus offers a great view of the Danube valley. After it was raining, we were really happy about the roof over our heads. Not far from the control room, you can take a seat in the open air, which is on a beautiful plateau and from where you have a great view up the Danube.
