The Warnow crossing was closed from May 2019. First the dilapidated old bridge was demolished and then replaced by a new one. In the meantime, the new one was put into operation without much fanfare.
Now you can cross Warnow again through the bridge between Schwaan and Bützow and Burg Werle is easier to reach.
