During the heyday of the Romans in this area (1st to 2nd century AD), the owner of the nearby brickworks probably built a large palace here. You can't see anything anymore. The information board gives a good impression of the buildings and you can well imagine that the owner built here with the beautiful view at the beginning of the Kraichgau hills.

There is nothing to see here except the information sign. However, a palatial villa was identified here using ground-penetrating radar. The remains of the walls lie about 80cm-1.20m below the ground and are therefore not visible. However, since the Romans built similar types of buildings, a reconstruction could be made based on the floor plan, which is illustrated on the information board.
