Ancient water mill, inserted in the area of high naturalistic value of the natural biotope of the springs of Flambro. Its construction dates back to before the 12th century, as evidenced by a donation document dated 24 February 1101. It is currently owned by the Region which financed its recovery and renovation and given in concession to the Municipality of Talmassons. Home to multiple and heterogeneous cultural events, it is an excellent choice for outdoor snacks and packed lunches.

The mill is located in a biotope and is a real eye-catcher. It can be reached via two cycle paths (gravel or through the forest). Next to the mill are outbuildings that are used as an event location.
