Here are refreshments, tools and spare parts. And a great view of the surrounding area, including on the plain Es Pla, the granary of Mallorca. A short break is therefore actually mandatory, even if here is less the idyll than the cult factor in the foreground.

The gas station on Coll de Sa Bataia is almost more famous than the pass itself. Although the romance of the location leaves much to be desired, the cult factor is all the more. A pit stop is especially worthwhile if you continue towards Sa Calobra and Puig Major, because the previous climb has certainly tasted grains and the rest of the route is no less demanding.

Make me sure more revenue with food than with fuel. Too right. The almond cheese cake is the hit.

The Coll de Sa Bataia (579 m) marks the confluence of the PM213 in the west coast road C710, which is located about 400 m from the high point.

Ideal rest before departure. Here you can warm up with a very good cake (in cooler temperatures, the conservatory is heated).

There's a bike stand, a pump and tools available. In the shop you can buy tires, spare tubes and many useful things. And food, of course.
