Today's Catholic parish, with its approximately 700 members, also includes the Catholic Christians from the surrounding communities of Obergröningen and Neubronn, as well as from Reichertshofen and numerous outlying farms.
Hohenstadt gained particular importance through its annual pilgrimage to Saint Patrick, whose feast day is celebrated on March 17th. The large pilgrimage festival with the blessing of the horses always takes place the following Sunday.
