Purple heath landscapes, wide views, babbling brooks, cultivated fields and green forests - the scenic attractions of the Heeling region Amelinghausen make hikers and cyclists' hearts beat faster. Three themed hiking and biking trails offer the best opportunities to explore nature:

The trails meet relevant quality standards and are designed as circular hiking trails. With a total length of up to 14 km, there are also opportunities for a shorter, individual route.

The paths are signposted, marked with directional arrows and information boards show a map overview and interesting information about the surroundings. Maps for orientation in nature are available at the Tourist Information Amelinghausen.

Eager hikers in the Amelinghausen holiday region are awarded the Heide diploma. In order to prove that you have explored one, two or all three hiking trails, a stamp card is available from the Tourist Information Amelinghausen, which can be filled in at the stamp boxes along the hiking trails. Anyone who has collected some or all of the stamps will receive the "Heide Diploma" certificate as a distinction from the Tourist Information in bronze, silver or gold.
