If you want to walk on the beach, it is best to park at the Teufelsschlucht car park (significantly cheaper parking fees than directly in Rerik - in Dünenstraße the day ticket costs 16€ or 2€/h; in the Teufellschlucht there are summer and winter tariffs with a 6 or 2 day ticket € OR free parking on the outskirts of Rerik in Neubukower or Kröpeliner Strasse and walk 1 km to the beach).
