Schwarzenberg Castle is a castle near Scheinfeld in the Franconian Steigerwald. The architectural origin of the castle was a medieval weir, which was later converted into a representative castle. The origin of the castle can still be clearly seen: fortified ramparts, casemates and defensive towers still testify to its former purpose. From the point of view of the different architecture, the ornate palace palace stands in clear contrast.
