The Castle of Fagagna is located on an esplanade at a height of 233 m, in a dominant position on the plain below, at the end of a climb that proceeds from the town center. Already existing in the tenth century, it consisted of a first wall that bounded the top of the hill, within which there was the tower and the patriarch's palace (completely destroyed).

It is worth going up to enjoy the excellent view and appreciate the place ... Nice to get there from the climb coming from the roads of Caporiacco or Colloredo but you can also go up from the center of Fagagna or coming from Moruzzo.
