Wäller Kaserne and Former Military Training Area

Former military site. Remnants such as the old tank washing street are interesting witnesses to this contemporary history.

The individual routes through the former tank training and military area lead from Ailertchen airfield through the former "Wäller barracks", past a "tank washing facility" to the entrance to the city of Westerburg.
From Ailertchen it is initially a gently / gently sloping terrain, which then steeply descends to the "Wäller barracks", past the car wash.
In contrast, the battery of the e-bike has a lot to do to master the vertical meters from Westerburg, through the "Wäller barracks" to the Ailertchen airfield. But: doable.
