Here is one of the most famous crawling stones in Austria - the Buckelwehluck'n. Whether it helps you that back pain disappears, you have to try it yourself.
Also worth seeing is the Gothic pilgrimage church with a mummy (a priest killed by the air).
St. Thomas is 723 m above sea level, therefore a wide view in good weather to the Alps, Ruttenstein castle ruins and Klingenberg castle ruins. The latter can be hiked from here with a circular route (path number S8).
