I can only agree with the previous speaker: the section is actually worth a detour, also because Uhlberg is really very nice. But you have to make sure that you come from Krensheim choose the path that starts directly in the village. The path branching off from the Krensheim / Grünsfeld connection - unlike marked on the map - is not asphalted throughout.
