The large area that runs along the sea between Marina di Cecina and Marina di Bibbona hosts a Biogenetic Nature Reserve, characterized by resinous and aromatic plants, Mediterranean scrub and, above all, tall pines (Pinus Pinea and Pinus Maritima). The long, suggestive main "avenue" (on which there are cross paths leading to the sea) can be traveled freely, both on foot and by mountain bike (the ground, covered with pine needles and sand, is not suitable for all types of bicycles). There are drinking fountains (at the beginning and at the end) and picnic tables.
