The church originally belonged to the parish in Lewków, and from 1869 to Narewka. The parish in Siemianówka was established in 1957. In 1967, a vestibule and a bell tower were added to the church. In 1972, the interior was renovated: an iconostasis was installed and polychromes were placed on the interior walls.
