Tips
The Kaiser memorial was planned and erected in 1910 by Gottlieb Schumacher, a member of the Templar community. The location is the same vantage point where Kaiser Wilhelm II and his wife stood. It was removed by the British occupying forces in 1918 and rebuilt in 1982.
