Good for racing bike but already a strenuous section. Beautiful but not less exhausting and unfortunately not quite road bike suitable is the alternative way along the water through the forest.

This is going on! Not without and a good challenge for all road cyclists with heavy legs on the way home to Berlin.

Small increase, but then you roll downhill faster!

From Potsdam to Wannsee and back. On the way along the water along the way was not paved, but drove quite well. On the way back I decided for the first time for the "beautiful" B1. Long, steady climb with the advantage that you can roll it from the highest point to the Glienicke Bridge.

Yes, you have to prove a little bit of condition.

    Always worth a challenge.

Westwind a miserable drudgery. Also on 29th March the Split was not cleared from the bike path.

It's hard to find climbs in Berlin so this is a good one. It's a gentle gradient but longer than most. You can also turn off to hit the slightly steeper "Peacock Island" climb.

The Königstraße is always nice to drive. Since the bike path was laid on the road, you no longer have to worry about the root damage. But now the most heavy car traffic is right next to you. But the slow increase or the departure make up for it

The bike path is wide enough, the climb is long enough, the descent is a lot of fun

The piece stretches without end, especially if one then also has headwind.

Pleasant climb with good flooring. The traffic is limited on weekdays and depending on how you drive - there are at the beginning or end to see the Glienicke bridge!

The Berlin cyclist is humble; he is happy about every climb!

A classic in the southwest of Berlin. Nice long but moderate climb and just as long descent. The new bike path on the road is very easy to ride.
