The cultural monument Limeswachturm Wp 1/54 is a reconstruction of a watchtower of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes with palisade, rampart and moat from the year 1912. In 2009 and 2010 it was extensively restored.

The original foundations are located about 20 meters from the reconstruction of the Roman tower.

Too bad that you can not climb the tower.

A picnic bench and a relaxation lounger are available at the Römerturm on the Pulverberg. Only the (inaccessible) reconstructed Roman tower stands in the way of the view; o)
