Cycling
Long and constant climb, which in the first part is in the woods while the second part is more exposed. There are no supplies or fountains along the route but it is possible to bathe along the stream that runs alongside it in the first half.

A mix of compact and loose gravel from Rifugio Refavaie to Passo Cinque Croci. Around 1000mt elevation in 12km in the forest with amazing views on Cima d'Asta.

Mountain biking
The forest road that leads from the Refavaie hut to passo 5 croci. It's about 12 km of continuous ascent with moderate gradients. The ground is a bit loose with stones and gravel.
