Bike Touring Highlight
In the source area grow quantities of watercress. Rich in vitamins and healthy. A few meters further, the Ems flows through fine white sand where many small animals can live in the clear water. Pleasant for the feet when you do a Kneipp cure here in the ice-cold stream. The nearby café serves hot drinks and delicious cakes.

The area of the Ems-Quelle is here very well developed by the Ems-Info-Center and is also very well maintained. You can only go on the beschlderten paths and ride a bike - and not wild as you want. This protects the resource and is nice to look at. At the sources - but there are benches to relax and let nature take their breath away. In addition, a map is attached and attached to the flyers for the environment (see photos).
