From Holthausen you can drive or hike along the Ems to the Biener Busch. Parking spaces are available at the Ludwig Winthorst Haus in Holthausen. There you can also explore and visit the landscape and historical buildings. From there it goes through a beech forest directly to the Biener Busch. On the way you can see the green Emswiesen and many a half-timbered house. The landscape of the Biener Busch is a dream. You are right on the Ems and there it is beautiful by the water. The Geeste reservoir is about 3km away.
