De Hondsrug is a flour mill in the village of Weerdinge in the Dutch province of Drenthe.
The mill was built in 1910 using a demolished polder mill from Farmsum in Groningen. This was to replace a mill that was built on the same site in 1870 and burnt down in 1909. In 1945 the mill lost a rod and was then shut down. Only in 1988 the mill was restored by order of the private owner. During this restoration, the mill was named after the ridge on which it is located. The mill has Old Dutch raised rods with sails and a length of 22 meters. The device consists of one pair of grinding stones. The Hondsrug is occasionally put into operation on a voluntary basis.
