The surfers' fountain is located between Matadero beach and Orzán beach, in front of the Meliá María Pita Hotel and together with the Cuatro Caminos fountain, it is one of the best known in the city.

In it there are two sculptures of two bronze men surfing, made by José Castiñeiras, which pays tribute to the surfers who surf in this area.
