If you happen to be passing through these parts in the summer, let the day pass and cycle in the afternoon. Once you reach the pass, descending towards Kok jar, you'll enjoy the view of the clay hills of the Narin Valley with their splendid play of light and shadow, like drapes blowing in the wind, their magnificent earthy colors stretching as far as the eye can see, worthy of a Renaissance painting.
