Tips
The route between Lichtenrade and Lichterfelde is certainly the most beautiful route of the Berlin Wall Cycle Path in terms of landscape and was freshly asphalted in 2023. Even if there are hardly any remains of the former border installations here, the abrupt transition from the outskirts of the city to the open field is still a trace of the violent division.
