The post windmill was originally in Saritsch and was converted here in 1977. S. herrenhaus-saritsch.de/2014/02/bockwindmuehle-zu-saritsch

According to the explanations on the sign at the entrance, the mill initially stood in Saritsch from 1733 and was moved here as a display facility in 1977 after the war, destruction and reconstruction because it had to make way for open-cast clay mining. The story about the executioner's house next to it, commissioned by August the Strong, is also interesting.
