The transmitter Deggendorf (Hochoberndorf) is a 56-meter high telecommunication tower made by Deutsche Telekom AG near Hochoberndorf with a steel frame construction and 806 meters above sea level. It is used for directional radio, mobile radio and for the distribution of the FM radio program ourRadio Deggendorf. The antenna is at a height of 33 meters.
Until the introduction of DVB-T, the station also broadcast analogue television. The antenna was in the GRP cylinder, which was disassembled after being switched off. The mast was shortened from 83 meters to 56 meters in height.
