In 1865 the mill was put into operation. So the farmers no longer had to take the arduous route to the Schwarzburg mill and were no longer dependent on it. In 1954 the mill was misused and deteriorated. In 1972 the community bought the mill from the last daughter of the Müller family. The restoration took 7 years. Opening times by appointment only. Unfortunately 🤔
